BACKGROUND
KAMP Group Limited operates an animal feed milling plant situated in Anaka town, Nwoya district, and distribution depots in Kisaasi, Nateete, Matugga, and Mukono. It specifically produces broiler feeds (starter, grower, and finisher); layer feeds (starter, grower, and finisher); pig feeds; goat feeds; rabbit feeds; and cattle feeds. The company has been steadily expanding its market reach through several distributors carefully located across the country. In its pursuit to continue this expansion and growth and specifically its increased production activities, the company is seeking to recruit a Trainee Electrical Engineer to at its factory site in Nwoya district.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To assist in the efficient performance of all production line tasks to achieve set company goals.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Completing all production tasks set by the supervisor and assisting wherever possible.
- Assist in troubleshooting including the repair and maintenance of the production line
- Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement.
- Assist in raw material inventory tracking, reporting, and management
- Working closely with staff to foster professional values and build good relationships.
- Observing health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Attending meetings and workshops.
- Assist in the compilation of production reports after every production session
- Any other duties as may be demanded by the Job
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.

Previous experience is not a must.
